Mamonaku AI ("Mamonaku AI", "we", "us", or "our") is a Singapore-based company that builds AI agents, marketing automation, and related software for small and medium-sized businesses. For any privacy question you can reach us at hello@mamonaku.ai. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our own marketing channels. When we operate software on behalf of a client, that client is the controller and we act as their processor.

- Contact details you provide when you enquire, book a demo, or message us — such as your name, email address, phone number, and company.

- To respond to your enquiries and provide the demos, services, and support you request.
- To send you service-related communications, and — only where you have agreed — occasional updates about our work. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of our relationship with you plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. How we protect your data
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and secure storage of credentials and access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an issue arises.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act), you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, email hello@mamonaku.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Data deletion
To request deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including data associated with social-media accounts we manage on your behalf — email hello@mamonaku.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will verify the request and delete the relevant data, except where we are required to retain it by law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. The current version will always be available at this page.
